Bookwie Partner Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using the Bookwie Vendor application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Vendor Registration
Vendors must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Service Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. All services must comply with local laws and regulations. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in account suspension or termination.
4. Bookings and Appointments
Vendors must honor confirmed bookings and maintain professional standards. Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.
5. Payments and Commissions
Bookwie charges a commission on each completed booking. Payments will be processed according to the payment schedule outlined in your vendor agreement. Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
6. Quality Standards
Vendors must maintain high service quality standards. Customer reviews and ratings may affect your visibility on the platform. Consistently poor ratings may result in account review or termination.
7. Prohibited Activities
Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activities. Attempting to circumvent the platform by taking bookings outside the app is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content uploaded by vendors (images, descriptions, etc.) must be original or properly licensed. By uploading content, you grant Bookwie the right to use it for promotional purposes on the platform.
9. Account Termination
Bookwie reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or consistent poor performance. Upon termination, pending payments will be processed according to our payment policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bookwie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Vendors are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services.
11. Changes to Terms
Bookwie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Vendors will be notified of significant changes.
