PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE BOOKWIE PARTNER APP. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

About This Document

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and the rules framed thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It does not require physical or digital signatures and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Bookwie.

Bookwie reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Definitions

Account: The partner account created by you on the Platform.
Affiliate: Any entity under common control with the Company.
App / Platform: The Bookwie Partner mobile application.
Appointment / Booking: A confirmed reservation made by a Customer.
Booking Details: Information relating to a Booking.
Booking Fee: Amount paid by the Customer to secure a Booking.
Business Day: Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in India.
Commission / Platform Fee: Fee charged by the Company.
Customer: End-user booking Services through the Platform.
Force Majeure Event: Events beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual Property: All IP rights owned by the Company.
Partner / Vendor / You: Registered service provider.
Payment Gateway: Third-party payment processors.
Personal Data: As defined under applicable laws.
Portfolio: Content uploaded to showcase Services.
Refund: Amount returned to a Customer.
Service Fee: Total amount payable by the Customer.
Services: Beauty, wellness, and lifestyle services.
Settlement: Transfer of earnings to your bank account.
Team Member: Individual authorized to provide Services.
Terms: These Terms and Conditions.
Wallet: Virtual account tracking earnings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You warrant that all provided information is accurate.
You have authority to operate and provide Services.
You consent to receive communications from Bookwie.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Minimum age of 18 years
Valid licenses and permits
Valid bank account
Government-issued ID

3.2 Registration Process

Download the Bookwie Partner App
Submit accurate personal and business details
Provide verification documents
Set up services, pricing, and portfolio
Add bank account details
Accept these Terms

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for account credentials
Notify immediately of unauthorized access
Do not share login details

4. Partner Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Service Quality

Provide professional and hygienic services
Arrive on time and respect customer preferences
Communicate clearly and professionally

4.6 Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities
Off-platform payments
Harassment or discrimination
Manipulating ratings or reviews

5. Services and Booking Process

5.2 Booking Flow

Customer submits Booking Request
You receive notification
Accept or decline within 2 hours
Provide Service
Mark completion in App
Earnings credited to Wallet

6. Financial Terms

6.2 Commission

Commission is deducted before Settlement. Rates are communicated during onboarding and may change with 30 days’ notice.

6.5 Settlement

Weekly or bi-weekly payouts
Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
Payout time: 3–5 Business Days

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform IP belongs to the Company. You retain ownership of your content but grant Bookwie a license to use it for Platform purposes.

12. Insurance and Liability

You are solely responsible for Services provided. The Company acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for your actions.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Calicut, Kerala, India.
